From the moment you meet Robyn, it’s clear she’s a people person – and she is passionate about property.
With almost a decade of experience and the sharpest negotiating skills you will see in the business, Robyn prides herself on finding the right home for her clients, many of whom she has worked with across several homes.
Initially honing her sales skills at a small boutique agency, Robyn was named the REINZ ‘Rookie of the Year’ in 2012. Her drive and pragmatic approach, combined with her charismatic, empathetic nature, ensures Robyn's clients are in safe hands. Robyn was the Ray White Damerell Group number one salesperson from 2016-2019, along with many other awards.
Robyn and her team have recently moved offices to Ray White Mt Eden to start the next chapter of her career where she will continue to sell the properties she loves around the Auckland City Fringe. She is one of Ray White's top 5 performers nationally, with sales that translate to $300 million over the last decade.
Prior to real estate, Robyn spent seven years in London, working in marketing and project management. While always career-obsessed, Robyn wanted to move her day-to-day to a place where she could connect more with people. An innate passion and interest in property, and a self-starting attitude led her to the obvious choice: a career in real estate.
Delivering a personal tailored approach to each home, Robyn has an excellent scope of the market, having started in Kingsland and successfully branched out over the years to Auckland’s surrounding suburbs. Robyn is now a top-performer in Westmere, Grey Lynn, Sandringham, Mt Eden and Mt Albert. She lives and breathes the city fringe suburbs of Auckland, and in these neighbourhoods has become the “go-to trusted advisor” on all things real estate. A self-confessed renovation addict, she often sees potential in property where others cannot, and loves nothing more than helping buyers see how they can make a home "their own".
Robyn lives in Mt Eden with her husband, son, labrador and yorkie-poo. Given her tendency to think about real estate 24/7, Robyn unwinds and allows her creativity to flow with her weekly yoga classes.
Standing the test of time over the last 100 or so years, this dear circa 1900 villa in historic Haslett Street is worthy of your immediate inspection. One of the earliest city fringe neighbourhoods in Auckland, Eden Terrace is hugely sought after for its close proximity to Ponsonby, Kingsland, Mount Eden and of course the CBD. The convenience of being able to cycle or walk into town is just amazing.
On offer a three bedroom, or two bedroom plus separate dining room home, with even indoor outdoor flow onto impeccably landscaped grounds. Lavender, buxus, lemons and limes, the garden really is a little inner city oasis, a little holiday in your own backyard!
A recently renovated kitchen and bathroom ensures little to do but move in and enjoy. Ample storage under the home and on-street residents parking ticks the practical boxes also.
This home is the perfect size for you to start out or downsize, just a hop, skip and a jump from the very best of the Auckland cosmos. Live it, love it, own it!
